I no longer have the access email, to access the NEST app it asks you to see the code sent to the email, so I can't access the app. To make matters worse, the lock had a problem that says I can only release it through the app. It's my company's lock, so we've all been outside for two days. If anyone can help me urgently, I would appreciate it.

Based on the information you've shared, a factory reset of your device could be a good solution to add it back again. However, this process requires access to the back of the Yale Lock. It would be best to contact a Yale specialist to completely remove the lock and then set it up on your account again.
