In regards to Nest Connect NA009 errors

I recently upgraded my wifi which started a spiraling into a world of trouble devices.  I went from WPA2 to WPA3. Most of the products I owned that are about 10 years old are not compatible with WPA3.  So I reinstalled my old wifi and ironically my Nest Connect, would not connect.  I tried for hours over a couple days. I read many suggestions and nothing worked.   THEN..... I found a video by a man who figured it out.  There papers to be a problem with the Nest Connect trying to sync to other devices.   The work around was to change the wifi for my Nest Thermostat AND for my Nest Connect to my phone's hot spot.  Everything connected the first time. After everything is connected go back inn and change the wifi settings to your home wifi.  I was amazed and relieved.
