Lock Not identifying who unlocked the door

Hello, 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, my google home app and my nest app. 

I am a home member, yet, it does not identify in the history when I have unlocked and locked the the door. 

It identifies the two other home members in my home when they unlock and lock the door. 

One of the people have the same phone as I do and the same version of the app. 

Cannot figure out how to fix this and have followed all of the instructions already listed.
