Every time the door has been locked manually it locks then automatically unlocks. I have now locked from the app as I am not there and it locks then unlocks. It now is just constantly locking and unlocking and I receive an alert each time it unlocks. Any remote fixes for this?

A few questions: When did the issue start? Is your Home/Away Assist setting turned on in the Nest app? Do you have family members on your account? Also, do you have a pending phone software update, and is your Nest app up-to date?
