My Yale Lock Connect has been working for years. Recently it went Offline and since then I am unable to create a passcode.
After doing all the troubleshooting I am actually able to do the initial set up. (Create Master Passcode and Guests from the lock)
When I try to link the Lock with my Nest App it erases the Master Pascode and then I get an error message saying "Something Went Wrong"... I have tried everything several times on the blogs and nothing works.
I have removed the lock from Nest App, hard reset the Lock, reset connect unit. Strong Internet connection / mobile data vs wifi, reinstalled the Nest App... always the same message and behaviour.
Thanks

Hi @DiegoHiguera,
I appreciate you taking the time to post in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest x Yale is not allowing you to edit or create a passcode in the Nest app. Don't worry; help is here.
Before we continue, I have some questions:
In the meantime you can take a look at the following article: How to set or change passcodes for Nest × Yale Lock.
Let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Derick.
