Need help with hacking issues with my Android phone and home app

Every phone I've had for the last several years has been hacked. Needless to say electronics/technology is not where I've excelled. I know who's doing it and I don't want to try and prove it or press charges or whatever you do in these kind of situations. All I want to do is stop it but clearly I do not know how. And it's taking me all this time to maybe have figured out how they're doing it maybe ? Perhaps? I could be way off, have been in the past lol. Praying someone might be able to help me with this. Even if you could answer some basically stupid questions on this topic. I'd be very grateful for any knowledge you're willing to share with me. Thank you

I have the same issue i've been hacked from my tv wich is a smarttv conected to to the wifi, then they seem to go through my tv to all my machines, mobile phone, computer wich is conected only by cable LAN. I've switched routers, i've bought a router a xiaomi ax1800 and still they hack my network and switch my email accounts passwords. And they do whatever they pleased. I Know they live in the building in front of me, they are brazilians.
