Hi,
I have been trying to connect my Connect to wifi as part of the Yale X lock set-up. After adding it as a new device in the Nest app, the Connect will connect to the Assisting product. However, it gives an error code message of "NA004 (0.80)" and says "We're having trouble finding a Wi-Fi network." I have literally done everything possible to reconfigure all options and release any and all passcodes, firewalls, bridge modes, etc. and it will NOT work. Help! Before I lose all hope in this product. There must be some other way to do this!

Yes I am still having this issue. I even bought a router extender to see if that would help. It did not help or fix this issue.

Hi again,
Do you have the option to switch from a 2.4Ghz to a 5Ghz channels? I would switch them and try again if you can.
Best restards,
Brad.

I have tried by separating the networks and making it so that the connect could connect to the 2.4 easily. It did not give me any other message than the error as usual. Still cannot connect the connect to wifi due to "cannot find network"

Yes still cannot get it to find wifi. I have tried all the support options you have. I made sure the wifi settings were as the Google support link recommended. It is still not working.
