I brought my best Secure from the US to the UK, and it has functioned normally. The recent discontinuation email indicates the replacement/credit is US only. Do I have any recourse?

That's odd. Their blog post does not say the offer is limited to U.S. customers:

Yeah, I've tried their support.. short version: I've been transferred and repeated things a lot, with no answers.

In the same position. Have been bounced around their support team. It's clear that the ADT alternative is not available in the UK, but they also seem unable to work out how to apply the credit too. TBH, since Google bought Nest the app has become unresponsive, and the Google home app doesn't have the same functionality, so I won't be too disappointed to see the back of Google. Shame though, because when Nest was independent it was great set of products.

This seems to be the same content as the email, but with hundreds of angry customers also complaining, and a link to some sort of petition
