My nest x Yale is making the noise that lock is tampered multiple times during day and night unnecessarily. Because of that I have to disconnect and keep offline. Need support on that
I have installed this in last December and have to keep it offline most of the time because of this issue. I have already reached this community for support once. They asked to submit the form for support team as the none of the options suggested worked. I did submit the form but didn’t receive any response on that.

I didn’t receive any kind of support after submitting the form you suggested. Just wanted to check what other options I have before replacing this unused x yale lock.
