When trying to lock or unlock the Nest Yale Lock via the Nest App the error in the subject may appear. This started happening a few days ago intermittently on both my phone and my wife's phone in the Nest App. I spoke to my brother, and he is experiencing the same issue at his house on both his phone and his wife's phone in the Nest App. I spoke to my parents, and the same thing is happening at their house as well, so this seems to be a widespread issue. It is rather strange, it will work, and then literally a second later not work, and then start working again. Or it might not work for a few hours.

Hi Brad,
The issue does still occur, but not as frequent. As I mentioned, this is occurring at my home on two phones, as well as at my brother's and parent's home on their phones as well. This appears to be a Nest App issue. When the issue occurs via the Nest App, I am still able to lock and unlock the Nest Yale Lock via the Google Home App.

I see. Thank you for taking the time to explain a bit more about the situation for me. Have you migrated your account from the Nest App to the Google Home App? If so, that could be why the Nest App is not working for you. Please let me know if this is, or isn't the case so we can look a bit further.

Yes, I have migrated my account from Nest to Google. Also, that is not how it works as far as I am aware. Nest products can be accessed from both the Nest App and Google Home App. I have been doing this, as have others, for over a year.
