When did the issue start? Does it happen persistently or intermittently? What’s the status light of your Nest Connect? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the lock and Connect? Also, did you check if the batteries of your lock aren’t drained?
