Nest app keeps asking me to add Connect

Hi there - I’m trying to set-up my Nest x Yale lock and the app keeps insisting I add a Connect even though I have already done so. When I look at my settings, the Connect is there and the light is green on the front.  But when I try to add the lock, it tells me I have to install a Connect first. What gives??

Hi there, I have multiple Yale locks and just tested with no issues of adding a guest.  Please type out exactly the steps you are taking to add a user.  Let’s make sure we know what are you are doing so we can hopefully guide you.
