I have the X yale lock connected to wifi and Nest app, but no icons to tap lock and unlock. It only shows that the product was added. The passwords were entered manually. But need to be able to lock/unlock it remotely. I need the tabs in Nest app to lock/unlock. Pls help.

Thanks for reaching out. Let’s check this out — could you check your Nest app settings by tapping the wheel icon on the top right corner then look under products > Nest x Yale Lock finish setup?
