Nest yale not waking up during installation

First step of connecting lock to Connect doesn't work. Instructions say " Press and hold button until lights pulse and lock Says its ready" but nothing happens so therefore I cannot connect the lock. Please help!

All Yale locks are offline

I have FOUR Yale locks that all went offline more than a week ago. I saw others having this issue, but they came back online for them. None have for me. I’ve reset one and that didn’t work so I’m not going to waste my time with the others.

Nest Guard notification

Is there a way to have a push notification when the Nest Guard senses motion before it sounds the alarm?Would be nice to determine if the alarm is actually needed before it starts blaring.

Resolved! Key pad responsiveness

Have been using the lock for over 3 years. Lately, the key pad is unresponsive during some part of the day (mostly mid to late afternoon). Still able to lock/unlock using IOS app when keypad is not functioning.
