HI,
We had to get a new router for our home and now our battery Nest door bell will not connect to the Google Home App. I have updated, deleted, reinstalled the Google Home App; removed the device and tried new home addition; restarting the doorbell.... it still gets as far as connecting device then "something went wrong"...of course, I also started and restarted my phone. Help.....

first of all make sure your app is updated. turn off the device wait a few seconds and try again. it should connect imo
