This has to be the worst piece of **bleep** I've ever seen in my life it doesn't work it hasn't worked in the last 4 months and yet I'm paying every month it was so bad you even gave me a month credit the bedroom camera will not record any events why I can see the live video I can see the login on the camera I don't get any messages I don't get anything how do I get my money back for this piece of **bleep** that doesn't work

I'm just another customer, but have you enabled recording for specific events in the Google Home app, under Settings | Events | Seen events? Have you then enabled notifications in the same place? Under Settings | Notifications, do you have "Push notifications" turned on?
