Nest guard offline as if 12/3/21

it's my guard NOT secure what no drop down for GUARD Google ?Ok does anyone have THE fix for this ? Looks like it's on Google's end. Reset my hardware no changes were made. Reboot guard short of restoring factuty settings. This happened Dec 3 in am

Same for me, factory reset did not help, now it's just useless. Happened around the same time as Mrcudd's.

Hey folks,

 

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your Nest Guard! I can imagine this has been a frustrating situation, and I know I would feel the same way if I was having the same issue. I am surprised to hear that your Nest Guard has stopped working though and not letting you Factory Reset or Restart it. Please go through this Troubleshooting Guide, and let me know if you need further assistance.

Mine went out around the same time and I have been out of town. Came back tonight and tried to fix. Nothing worked. Decided to reset and re-add the device. Find the supporting device, connects to guard, but will not capture Wi-Fi. So same situation as everyone else. Firmware version and same issue as several posts. Any way to get this working. Yale lock is down due to this as well. Appreciate any advice.
