I bought a property and the lock was a nest yale lock. I got a code from the old owner to access. All ok but then 5 days later the code wasnt working anymore. I called the old owner and asked him to provide me with a new code while i could access the property and then reset the whole lock and allow myself to create my own new codes. Unfortunately he said that he deleted the app and has no way to help me with a new code... i am now outside the property, with no access codes so i dont know what to do. I do have the Nest connect system plugged and instaled on my iPhone... how can i open the lock ? If I can come in i can proceed with the whole reboot process but it has to be done from the inside...

You should try doing a factory reset the Yale lock.
