I just try to install the Nest Yale Lock, however I didn’t hear the Nest greeting “Hi from Yale and Nest” nor do I see any numbers, check or calibration on the keypad. However, I do see the blue light on the back panel when pressed. Can anyone advise as to what’s causing this issue and how to proceed with the installation?
