I get an offer to get a new alarm system from ADT. I'm from the Netherlands and can't get the deal to work properly. I've contacted Google several times but they won't respond to me.
Are here more people's with the same experience? Or have tips and tricks for me?
I hope i explained it properly. Thanks in advance.

Did you try reaching out to Google Nest Support?
There is a chat option which is your best chance.
Not sure if the offer is valid for Dutch people like us though... Succes 😊

That is the way I've contacted Google. If i try again i can only see that the (previous) question is in progress. For nest secure there is no Dutch department so i send a message as general (not sure if it works).
I read the terms and there is nothing in it that the offer isn't for Dutch (or non US citizens). Only the part when you don't want the offer from ADT and want a $200,- credit for the Google store, this is for US citizens only.
I was hoping that i can gather more non US citizens so we can stand stronger. After all, we are costumers to that uses products from Google and are stunned that we have no more an alarm within a year. Some alarm systems are working for decades, this one didn't even last 1.
