Yesterday morning an important package was delivered to my house. We have proof of delivery for the shipping carrier but that package was gone when I came home, can't find it anywhere. I have reason to believe the package was stolen and I want to check the footage from my Nest camera. Though, I don't have any premium subscriptions and I use the regular subscription. My question, is there any way I could pay for a upgraded subscription to see the footage from the package delivering? Or is it not recording 24/7 because I don't have said upgraded subscription? I just want to see if there is a way that I can access yesterdays footage by buying the subscription that allows me to see more than the limited footage offered by the regular subscription.

Nest Aware subscriptions begin at the time they are purchased. If you upgrade to a Nest Aware Plus subscription with 24/7 recording, that recording starts when you purchase it. Google Nest is NOT recording 24/7 without your authorization, so it can't be retroactive.
