Yale Lock will not open with App or passcode

I have a Nest x Yale lock on a room door. It has been working fine until suddenly, from one use to the next, it will not unlock. The app states it is "offline" so I cannot open remotely and my 6 digit passcode is not working either. The room is locked and there is no other access to the room. How can I reestablish function?
