My Yale nest lock’s button doesn’t respond at at all when you push it. That means that I haven’t been able to set it up with the app. I have already reset it multiple times and still nothing. Doesn’t light up or anything.
anyone have this issue?

I haven’t heard anything till now. Button still doesn’t do anything when pressed or held down

Hey folks.
Have you tried to Factory Reset the lock instead of just restarting it? You can learn how to Factory Reset it here.

I have the same issue. I press and hold the button for a long time, No light or response. I changed the batteriss. No help. Any suggestions
