My Hub Max is set up and working fine. However it won't allow me to set up Nest Cam no matter what I try. After I scan the QR code it says something went wrong and to try moving closer to other Nest devices. So I go and stand right next to my Nest Thermostat and try again, or next to my Nest doorbell.... Still nothing. I have tried this 10 or 11 times now and nothing gets my Nest Cam to connect. This is so frustrating. I am thinking it may be something to do with my mesh WiFi system? (I have Ubiquity). But really I have no idea. It really makes no sense as my Hub Max IS connected to WiFi and working fine. Please can Google sort this out!!
