Hi there,
I recently bought a nest hub gen 2, but am unable to connect to the wifi (shared apartment wifi). I tried locating the MAC address, but haven't managed to find it yet. I followed instructions on the Help page, but my Google Home app doesn't have a Device Information tab anywhere. Could you please advise on how the MAC address of the device can be located, so that I can share it with my apartment management and request them to add this device to the whitelist? Thanks!
Best,
Nanu.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your inputs. I tried this and it worked perfectly.

Are you referring to these steps?
If you don't see this option it may be that the Home app wasn't able to retrieve those details. You may need to remove it from the app and set it up with a hotspot first so it can populate those details. That would be one workaround anyway.
