Ayuda llevo semanas sin que funcione

Estoy ya cansada de lo mismo y ni soiporte técnico ni porras.. mucho decir que se solucionó el problema y el problema sigue sin resolverse!! Cuánto tiempo más tengo que esperar???

  • Are you using an iPhone or Android?
  • Do you have the latest version of the Google Home app?
  • Did you reset the Chromecast device and the phone you use to control it?
