Browser won't find any devices

My issue isn't my Chromecast device, but with my browser not finding any devices to cast too. My phone and other devives I also have in my home don't have any issues seeing every device in the house, but my pc running windows 11 cannot see any available devices to cast to.  I have searched and researched answers on this google next community. It keeps taking back to a lady named Jayce who had the same issue as me, but she never responded after the first question. I have tryed all the troubleshooting tips of restarting devices and even looked into my network settings, but I am still unsuccessfull in casting from my PC. Someone please Help. My PC is the problem. I used to cast from it all the time, but it just recently stopped working.

Hey Bigdanj7,
 

I understand that the issue is likely with your PC. Please note that we have limited support for third-party devices. You can try doing the steps below:

 

  • Open a browser and go to chrome://flags  
  • Search for "Connect to Cast devices on all IP addresses" > Set it to Enabled. 
  • Restart the PC, and make sure that it is connected to the same WiFi network as your Chromecast device.
  • Try to cast again.
