Chromecast (3rd gen) no enciende

buenas, tengo un problema desde hace un tiempo, mi chromecast cuando lo conecto no responde, solo mantiene una luz led blanca estatica y haga lo que haga no cambia, he intendado todo lo que decian en el foro, pero de igual manera, no encontre a nadie con el mismo problema, y no tengo forma de reiniciarlo porque no responde al boton.

• Was there any recent power outage?
• Is the streaming device plugged in snugly and directly to the power outlet?
• How is the streaming device receiving power? Did they use a power cable or USB port?
• Has the customer tried plugging the streaming device into a different power outlet or USB port?

In the meantime, let's check some things that can be affecting your device:

• Check that the power outlet is functional.
• The Chromecast device has to be connected to a power outlet (not a surge protector).
• Confirm that the power adapter isn't damaged.
• Use the power cord that came in the box with the streaming device.
