- Have you been able to successfully link a Google account to this TV before, or is this your first time?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet, such as restarting the Android TV?
In the meantime, a simple reboot of the Android TV can sometimes resolve a temporary glitch. Please try unplugging your TV from the power outlet, waiting for about a minute, and then plugging it back in to see if the issue persists.
