Hello my google tv is stuck on google tv loading screen and i’m not being able to do a factory reset, what should i do?

In this case, you'll need to try the physical reset button on the device.

Tengo el mismo problema. Solo que tampoco funciona el botón de reinicio fisico. No hay forma de re iniciarlo de fabrica. Que puedo hacer ?
