I need urgent support/escalation with an RMA.
I've received a replacement Chromecast device for RMA45###### and am trying to generate the delivery label to return the faulty device and remove the $59 hold you have on my credit card. I'm informed I have until July 31 to return it. I've being trying to do this for 10+ days.
I'm directed to https://store.google.com/repairdetails? (details removed) to print the delivery label, but the button creates a corrupt PDF. The Print Return Slip works fine.
I've been trying to resolve this for 10+ days and there appears to be no compentent support on any support channels to resolve this problem and provide a valid delivery label. I've tried calling, but can only speak to online shop suppport who can't help. Email support channel don't seem to understand a simple issue and are providing no support. This definitely isn't the experience we want you to have. Your frustration is completely understandable since it seems the file was corrupted, but don't worry, we'll figure it out. Angel, please respond to this asap. I've submitted the form as requested. I've now been charged $59 for the replacement device as i've not been able to return the defective due to not having a delivery label or any form of address to return the item.
The incompenent chromecast support team have just sent me the packing label which I'd previously sent to them. Not a delivery label.
Please resolve asap and reverse the charges on my credit card.

I've now been charged for the warranty replacement device as i've not been able to return the defective device. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've tired multiple channels to try and resolve this. I simply need a return delivery label that I'm currently unable to generate through your broken systems.
What kind of theiving organistation is this??
