Hoje, reiniciei novamente o chromecast,  apenas tirei do wifi e coloquei novamente e funcionou.  Até que enfim está funcionando.

For all the people who performed a factory reset during their initial troubleshooting, this procedure will allow you to reconnect your Chromecast to your Wi-Fi network, so that it can receive the firmware update fix that Google started rolling out on 3/13.

1) Temporarily set the date on your smartphone (or tablet) to March 7, 2025 or earlier. If you don't know how to do that, see below.*

2) Use the Google Home app to re-setup your Chromecast by adding it as a new device (+). You still won't be able to cast, and the device will be grayed out in the Home app, but that's ok. Most importantly, it'll now be reconnected to your Wi-Fi network so that it can receive the firmware update fix.

3) Change your phone's date/time setting back to Auto now.

4) Sit back and wait for the firmware update from Google to be installed. This should restore your Chromecast to full functionality.

Note: Supposedly it's being done as a "phased rollout", so it could take a while for the firmware update to hit your Chromecast. Also, some have reported that power-cycling your Chromecast (unplug/re-plug the power cable) will sort of "provoke" the firmware update to be installed. Patience.

*How to change your phone's date/time settings:

For iPhone/iPad: go to Settings, General, Date & Time. Disable "Auto" and manually set the date to March 7, 2025 or earlier.

For most Android phones/tablets: Settings, General Management, Date and Time. Disable "Auto" and manually set the date to March 7, 2025 or earlier.

**Google REALLY should pin this information to the top of this page.**

Precisamos passar por essa humilhação...? Realmente precisamos é processar o Google, por não dar uma solução para o ocorrido e o transtorno todo gerado.

What works for me after a factory reset:

Set the phone’s date to 2025.03.01 and set up Chromecast as usual.

My Chromecast started lagging on Saturday March 15. On Sunday, I can't get any of my subscriptions and YouTube keeps lagging with the rotating circle. Should I buy Roku or Firestick instead? Really enjoyed my Google service before.

I have already factory reset in this device.now ?

I downloaded the latest update of Google Home and was able to reconnect my ChromecastAudio to my network. I had reset my device to factory settings but it still connected.

I asssume you're referring to the iOS (iPhone) version of Home, since that looks like it was just updated today.

Is that correct?
