- What is the color of the LED light on your Chromecast?
- Are both your Chromecast and the device you're casting from connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network?

- What device are you trying to cast from (e.g., Android phone, iPhone, tablet, computer)?
- Is the device you're casting from updated to its latest operating system version?
- Are you using the latest version of the apps you're trying to stream (Disney+, HBO Max)?
- Are you seeing any specific error messages on your TV or on the device you're casting from? If so, what do they say?
- Have you been able to cast other apps successfully to your Chromecast, like YouTube?
- Is the Cast button missing in one or multiple apps?
- Is your router at a hotel, school, dorm, or business?
