Hola buenas tardes, se tienen 3 chromecast 3 y se puso uno en cada tele, y en las 3 teles y con sus respectivos chromecast se cae la conexion o la transmision que hago con mi laptop con windows 11 y con otras laptops tambien y fue a raiz de la ultima actualizacion de la aplicacion de google chrome para windows que es la 137.xxx.xxxx cabe mencionar que con la version 136.xxx.xxxxxx si funcionaba perfectamente,

The relevant team has taken charge of this issue. To resolve these problems, we recommend updating Google Chrome to version 137.0.7151.103/.104 for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Thanks for that info. I will check with our specialists about that Chrome v. and if there are any known issues surrounding casting.
Also, can you cast something like Youtube with a cast icon option? Are you casting a Chrome tab?
Always good idea to look at the basic troubleshooting...just in case and you may want to factory reset your Streamer.
I'll post back w/ any info shortly....

The streamer was working perfectly UNTIL the last update, and as I have already said a first generation Chrome cast is still working. When I cast by icon or screen the content is of poor quality plus if I move the image it becomes blotchy the old Chrome cast is perfect. Alyn

I have just had an update today on the google 4k streamer and an update on the chromebook to Beta 138.0.7204.55 Now if I cast either a tab or a screen the picture plays or is displayed for a few seconds then freezes and then drops back the the streamer's front page with the tv app icons. SO NO PROGRESS.
