I have been told for a week now, that you are working on a fix for “Chromecast unable to connect to local network”. I’ve been told by three different reps two different stories - I’ll get an email with steps to resolve (2) and I’ll get an email when it has been fixed. Which is it and when?

I'm similarly frustrated - it's bad enough that it hasn't worked for a week, but the lack of communication is appalling.
