Dispute a charge

I have not had Nest cameras for over 2 years and was recently charged $100 on my Visa Card. How do I get it removed?

To better investigate this situation, I’d like to ask for a few details:

  • Could you let me know which subscription you were charged for and if you had canceled it previously?
  • Also, do you happen to remember where you originally purchased it?
