I’m being double charged

I’ve been getting charged for a monthly subscription that I’m not using. I do however have one that I do use and get charged for monthly as well. I have called customer support numerous times and have been told it will get cancelled and refunded the one not being used. I have two email accounts and it’s billing the one I don’t use. 
is there higher up I can go to for immediate help now? This has gone on far too many months now. I need help please.

I haven’t used it for years. It’s impossible to cancel so much so that it appears to be by design. I’ve been trying to cancel for 2 years. Today I got charged for an annual subscription. I just spoke with two representatives and now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a call back. All to cancel. It’s so ridiculous that it appears fraudulent.

case number is 0-5188000040251.

Directly through Google.

Duplicate charges began October 2025 I believe.

Thank you. Yes I’ve been keeping an eye on my email. This happened last time where I had to wait longer. The longer I waited the longer I never got a response. Then life happens. Then once again I notice the charges on my account being withdrawn. And I’m back to square one with reaching out to see why I’m still being charged. And it’s a continuous cycle of my concern not being taken care of.
