I have the following problem: I just contacted Google Support via chat and encountered the following issue. I have an account that is now inactive because I haven’t used it for two years. That account has a subscription that I would like to transfer to my current account. The chat representative told me that I need to post this on the forum, and that a suitable solution would be provided there.
I would really like to get help with this issue. I currently have no access to my old account and cannot regain access. However, the subscription is still active, and I am unable to cancel, modify, or manage it in any way. I would really like to transfer it to my current account.

Hi @HMEMN
Unfortunately, even if you could still access your account, subscriptions like Google Home Premium (formerly Nest Aware) cannot be transferred between accounts.
All I can recommend is that you cancel the card or payment method you used to start the subscription and create a new account with a new subscription.

Please help transfer my service to my new Google account since my last account went inactive.
