Nest thermostat was working ok till I got a new Wi-Fi gateway T-Mobil I have tried for week to get it going no luck!!unit is now frozen!!! Tried everything you recommended nothing is working. Can you send me help with my nest thermostat ASAP?? Thanks...

NONE TOO SOON PRESENT APP IS TERRIBLE. TRYING TO GET MY NEW WI-FI CONNECTED FOR A WEEK. WITH NO HELP FROM ANYONE!!!

Thermostat is FROZEN no communication!can not communicate with app or the thermostats.

David the nest thermostat is frozen cannot communicate . I unplugged it overnight took batteries out overnight . Still locked!! What can I do ?? thanks
