Nest thermostat,

Nest thermostat was working ok till I got a new Wi-Fi gateway T-Mobil  I have tried for week to get it going no luck!!
unit is now frozen!!! Tried everything you recommended nothing is working. Can you send me help with my nest thermostat ASAP??

Thermostat is FROZEN no communication!

can not communicate with app or the thermostats.

• What does it say on the display of your Nest Thermostat?
• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• Have you tried pressing and holding down the display of your Nest Thermostat for at least 10 seconds?
