Hi Andres,Thank you for reaching out,All speakers are connected to the same networkthere has been no change to the networki have factory reset them all and reconnected them to the network, and still crackling. regardsluke

Yes, I think software, if it was hardware it wouldn’t happen to all speakers at once.
