Connecting to google cloud

I am trying to get my Hisense tv to run my pictures through google photos. I have installed the Google Home app.  I tap on my tv and go to the gear icon and it says problem connecting to the cloud

can anyone help me out?

I still can’t connect to the cloud. Is there some sort of fee for the cloud via Google home

It is a Hisense 75u8h.  I can connect to tv via Google home but I can’t connect Google home to Google photos

Gotcha. Have you tried using a different phone (Android) to see if you'll get the same result. If the issue persists, try using a different Google Account to see if you'll get the same result.

I tried using my iPhone and low and behold it started t work
