I’m very frustrated as setting up my brand new nest should be easy. I’ve been trying for days now to set it up! There is no professional help out there & no tel number to call or live chat with technical support! When you spend a lot of money on something you expect it to work! It’s just not good enough!
The issue is ….my Google home app is not recognising my nest, even though my nest is linked to my phone / Google account and I have WiFi.
Please could a professional technician get in touch with me so I can resolve the issue ASP. Otherwise I will have no option but take my product back and buy an alternative brand.
