I currently have a Google Nest subscription. I cannot locate anywhere in my google account where exactly the subscription is to upgrade it?? I’ve checked FAQs and all it does it route me to Nest Renew when all I want is my Nest Aware camera subscription. It asks me to join Renew. My home is not a smart home it’s just a Nest camera. Where is my current subscription? Google needs to make a simple button just like their email or docs to locate our paid subscriptions. Very frustrating and have already wasted a half hour scouring for it. Simple button. Thanks! And so where is it?
By the way I’ve checked my actual Nest app on my phone and settings doesn’t have info about the subscription either to upgrade.

Thanks! Next question: I’ve upgraded to Nest Aware Plus from Nest Aware, so will I have 24/7 video starting the day of the upgrade or will it show 24/7 footage starting the past 10 days? My camera is a wired camera.

Your 10-day 24/7 video history starts getting recorded at the time when you purchase a Nest Aware Plus subscription. It is NOT retroactive.
