I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: are you able to log in through the Kumo app? Have you tried changing the password and attempting to log in again? What is the make and model of the phone that you are using? Did you try to use another phone to further isolate?

It seems it was a temporary issue and it now works.
