Nest app and home.nest.com not working on iPhone 11 Pro Max

I cannot use the Nest app on the phone. It freezes on the Choose an account screen. I thought a work around would be to log in on the home.nest.com site, but that will not load either. Running iOS 15.4

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

I should add that Nest does not show up on the iPhone in Privacy > Location Services either.

Thanks. I still have the issue. I’ve rebooted my phone, deleted the app and have reinstalled it. When I get an alert without the app installed the web app also will not load on the iPhone. The preloader just spins. The app works just fine on my iPad, but will not work on the iPhone 11 Pro Max running iOS 15.4. the web app works fine on the iPad as well.

Thanks so much for responding back so quickly and providing the troubleshooting steps you've tried and what it works on and doesn't work on, I really appreciate it. 

It sounds like the Nest app is having troubles working with the iPhone updates that have been happening. If you install the app, and try to choose the account, you're saying that it just freezes and doesn't let you past that point? 
You can also try to clear the cache from the app as well to see if that works. I just want to make sure we are trying everything to try and fix this.

Yes, I have tried everything and the app still will not work. I just updated to iOS 15.4.1 and hoped it was maybe something on Apple’s end, but no. I updated the app as well (version 5.68.0.11), and the progress bar freezes before halfway through the sign in page. The app still doesn’t show up in Location Services in my settings.

Yes, deleted the app, which cleared all the data and reinstalled it. Same result.

Thanks for the updated. Have you tried to remove the updates from the app as well? Sometimes it is an issue with one of the updates to the app.
