Outdoor Camera won’t connect to Wifi

I changed my Wi-Fi extender password and google home is no longer able to connect my outdoor camera to Wi-Fi.

I tried plugging into my Mac laptop and the error message I get is the software is not supported in the latest version of OS.

I have the same issue, since changing my wifi, I can no longer connect my 3 Nest Outdoor Cams, my Indoor Cam connects fine. The 3 outdoor cams are totally dead!

I have the cameraes indoor and next to the router, I fill in the 6 number code, I sometimes get to choose the wifi, and then nothing...just looking for wifi until it fails...

I have tried connecting directly on USB to PC and also MAC, no connection...I get different error codes - C115, C119 - but nothing points to a resolution...about to give up on NEST, these cameraes where pretty expensive...

@Jedburgh

I am sorry to hear that you are still having this issue! I would love to look into this for you further. How far away is are your devices compared to your internet connection? That could have a lot to do with the connectivity issues. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

Best Regards,

Brad.
