Trying to sign into the Nest App and says username or password is incorrect. I have tried to reset my password but I do not get the email to reset.

Hey there,
Sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with the app and your password, I'm sure it's frustrating but I'm happy to help.
Are you using an @gmail.com email address? I would suggest creating one if you're not using that domain of an email address as that is the best solution.
