Hi stefanie

i need your support 

after updating my chromecast with google tv 4K to android 12 and after doing reset factory happened some problems 

when I connect with Google home app the device showing off and give me these photos

 and Continue with the settings manually from the device 

and I have another problem 

I can't connect a remote control to identify the TV

Beosound Theatre / LG G2 set up with 5 B&O Atmos speakers. I use Chrome cast 4K and latest gen Apple TV. Although it seems that Chrome Chromecast supports Dolby Atmos natively, the surround sound distribution feels more immersive than on the Apple TV when playing identical content on same streaming sites.

I have a couple of days experiencing difficulty connecting my google tv 4k to my wifi network. Today was worse, because the connectivity is already null, and it does not advance beyond the legend "Connecting" in the reinstallation. I reset it in factory mode and even then the connection problem was not solved. How can you help me?

I assume you have WiFi bandwidth that is strong enough to support 4K streaming. Try another factory reset on the Chromecast as well as rebooting your router before you try a new install. Alternatively, delete and reinstall the Google home app on your mobile device. I am sure it will connect eventually. Also make sure that the Chromecast has independent power supply. With power from your TV USB Chromecast will not work at all or not properly. Hope this helps.
