24/7 not showing

All cameras are not doing 24/7 recordings, though I have nest aware premium package

Hi @zak222 

Recordings are done a event basis. So you watch back the recordings based on these events.

It is not a 24/7 continuous recording.

That is not correct. With a Nest Aware Plus subscription, we get 24/7 video recording for the last 10 days on all of our cameras and doorbells, old and new, including our plugged-in battery camera.

Is your subscription on the same Google Account and for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are installed? You can check the "home" by going to the link below and clicking on your subscription; the name of your "home" should show:

If you have older cameras, is video recording turned on for each of the cameras in the Google Nest app?

In the Google Home app, if you go to Settings | Subscriptions, your subscription should show.

In the Google Nest app, if you go to Settings | Nest Aware, your subscription should show.

Note that the battery camera cannot record 24/7 unless it is plugged in, and the battery doorbell cannot record 24/7.
